Finca Besaya Grey Goose Bar

The Grey Goose brand commissioned us to work on a project for one of the best restaurants on the Costa del Sol: La Finca Besaya in Marbella (Málaga).
Due to the venue’s décor, the brand faced the problem of being unable to incorporate its corporate colours, so it entrusted us with the task of creating a design that was elegant, integrated, and striking and attractive enough to stand out, yet without overwhelming the surrounding décor. It needed to complement the space without being too overpowering. A highly bespoke project.
To achieve this, we met with the manager. We examined the materials used in La Finca Besaya’s décor and set to work.
We proposed to Grey Goose the design of a cocktail bar for the restaurant’s outdoor patio, featuring a display of Grey Goose bottles at the rear, and where the main materials would be weathered wood and Corten steel.
We built a modular bar on a galvanised iron frame, lacquered to match the colour of Corten steel. The front and back were clad with weathered, outdoor-grade treated wooden staves. A full Corten steel bar top, as well as a band featuring the Grey Goose logo cut into the rear section housing the bottle rack, and a Corten steel plinth running along the entire lower perimeter of the bar.
We completed the project by adding the backlit GreyGoose goose logo to the front of the bar, as well as the front perimeter of the bar, the three-dimensional lettering on the rear and the bottle rack.
The entire unit is modular, easy to dismantle and suitable for outdoor use.
In this way, we resolved the challenges of implementing the brand identity on the terrace at Finca Besaya. An elegant, integrated and highly functional solution.
