Fortress Trails in Cádiz

Viajes El Corte Inglés was commissioned by Cádiz City Council to design and produce the exhibition “Cádiz Fortress Route”, housed within the Torreón de las Puertas de Cádiz. This iconic building was to be opened to the public for the first time as a tourist attraction.
We produced a series of printed panels featuring relevant information on the entire line of fortifications along the city’s ancient walls. We also designed wallpaper for the walls along the route and, for the main vaulted ceiling, leaflets, flyers and other printed material to encourage visits to the Torreón de las Puertas de Tierra.
To round off the visit, at the very top of the tower, a compass rose was designed, marking each point of interest visible from the Puerta de Tierra.
