2011 Carranza Trophy

For several seasons, our studio has been responsible for the design and layout of the posters for the Carranza Football Trophy, one of Spain’s most iconic summer sporting events and one with a long history.
This is our poster for the 2011 edition.
It was the centenary year of Cádiz C.F., so we decided to photograph a grandfather with his granddaughter on Santa María beach. We then carried out meticulous post-production work and created a layout reminiscent of film posters.
And that’s how the slogan was born: “A Cinematic Trophy for a City Straight Out of a Film”.
